I am presenting a lecture in March on combining orthodontic and implant dentistry in the treatment of congenitally missing teeth. We have seen a large number of young adults that are congenitally missing permanent teeth. Old treatment modalities involved extraction therapy or collapsing the arches. Our new treatment regimens involve placing dental implants into the site(s) where the teeth are missing. The aesthetic and functional results are unrivaled.
